Meet my latest blaster build: the humble Westar-35, a tribute to the sleek, no-nonsense sidearm favored by Bo-Katan  herself. If you’re going to channel the fiercest Mandalorian on the block, your blaster better at least fire off lights, sounds, and attitude.
I started with a WE-Tech Galaxy Hi-CAPA airsoft pistol, and honestly, some of these donor pieces are so accurate it’s almost suspicious. I kept the functional slide, slide-lock, and magazine action intact—because Bo-Katan wouldn’t be caught dead with a prop that doesn’t behave like the real thing.
The magazine on this model is enormous, giving me room for a 1000 mAh battery, a Proffie soundboard, and a 28 mm speaker. After three prototypes, I dialed in a custom removable mag chassis with a perfect catch and latch. It ejects exactly like the factory mag and locks in with a very satisfying click. I also designed a NeoPixel window at the base—currently running animations, with an ammo-counter config in the works when I finally “follow the way” of the code.
Cosmetic components came from a Cults3 user (pumadriftcat), printed in ABS, primed, painted, and then lightly weathered with Tamiya silver to give it the proper “been through a few skirmishes with the Nite Owls” look. The grip plate is a custom wood-PLA design of mine, giving the blaster a more grounded, in-universe feel.
Overall, this project was an immensely fun build—equal parts engineering, design, and Mandalorian spirit.

This purchase will include the WE-Tech Hi Capa Gas Blowback Airsoft Toy as well. PLEASE ALLOW 6-8 WEEKS FOR PARTS ORDERS, AND ANOTHER 4-8 WEEKS FOR BUILD AND INSTALL. THIS IS NOT A RTS ORDER. I will need to order the blaster, as well 3D print the parts and install components.  These take a bit of time. This will be a custom proffieboard install that will include the following:

Removable magazine with rechargeable 1000MaH lipo battery. Battery can be charged through the USB port on the proffieboard.

A basic blaster font package will be included. If you want more blaster fonts added prior top shipping, please let me know and I can oblige.
