DH-17 Blaster — Proffieboard FX Conversion

Upgrade your Imperial arsenal with a fully converted DH-17 Blaster, professionally installed and engineered for modern FX performance while maintaining screen-accurate aesthetics.

Scope Filament Upgrade

The factory polycarbonate light rod has been replaced with a red LED filament for a sharper, more refined glow. Wiring is routed cleanly through flexible aluminum tubing and into the main body, preserving the original aesthetic while dramatically elevating the lighting effect.

Controls & Electronics Integration

• The trigger is wired to a custom brass hat-style switch holder mounted discreetly behind it.

• The original stock toggle switch could not be utilized internally, so a subtle brass tactile switch has been integrated as the auxiliary control.

• Clean, intuitive, and visually cohesive.

Custom Removable Chassis

This blaster features my custom-designed removable chassis, printed in CF PLA and built for both performance and serviceability.

The enclosed speaker system locks securely into place using the blaster’s rear attachment point, allowing easy access when needed without compromising structural integrity.

NeoPixel Muzzle Flash

Yes — it has a NeoPixel muzzle flash.

The factory barrel is a single solid piece of aluminum, which prevents proper internal routing. To make this possible, a precision one-to-one replacement barrel was machined with a fully bored interior, allowing for clean wire routing and a properly integrated NeoPixel emitter at the muzzle.

The result: screen-accurate exterior, modern FX capability.

PLEASE BE AWARE: If you are choosing to have the muzzle lit in your build, a brand new custom machined nozzle will have to be fabricated.

When purchasing the full blaster kit, the blaster itself is included with your order. These replicas arrive in bare aluminum, so additional time is required for:

• Proper weathering

• Accurate paint finishing

• Final assembly

The final price reflects this additional finishing work to ensure the blaster looks like it stepped straight out of the Outer Rim—not a factory floor
